Where is Harrison Beach Hotel located?
Harrison Beach Hotel is located right on the Harrison Hot Springs lakefront at 160 Esplanade Avenue in the heart of the village. Guests can walk to the beach, waterfront trail, shops, restaurants, and the Harrison Hot Springs Public Pool within minutes.
Does the hotel have a front desk?
Yes — our friendly front desk team is available 24 hours a day, making arrivals, departures, and support straightforward at any time.
Does the hotel have a pool or hot tub?
Yes! Harrison Beach Hotel offers an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub available year-round.
Is there a fitness centre?
Yes, we have a small but well-equipped fitness room (beside the pool) with cardio equipment and some free weights.
Does the hotel have on-site dining?
Yes! Morgan's Bistro operates their restaurant with access from inside and outside the hotel. Guests are also steps away from excellent restaurants, cafés, and pubs throughout Harrison Hot Springs.
Do rooms have kitchenettes or full kitchens?
Many suites include kitchenettes equipped with mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and utensils. Some suites offer a 4-burner stove for easy meal preparation. When booking, look for the suite type that best suits your needs.
Do you offer accessible rooms?
We have select suites that offer accessibility features such as wider entryways and grab-bars. If you require an accessible room, please contact us directly so we can assign the best available option.
How do you guarantee my reservation?
Guests must be 19 years of age and have a valid credit card to make a reservation. The same credit card must be provided upon check-in.
Deposits – In order to guarantee your reservation, a deposit is required with every booking at Harrison Beach Hotel. Please ask our Guest Services Agents about the deposit required when making a reservation direct. If booking online, the deposit policy will be clearly listed beside each rate. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help.
Online Travel Agents – Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate booked. Here is some information on each type of cancellation policy we offer at our Hotel:
Flexible Rates – Reservations must be canceled prior to 72 hours of arrival to receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations received within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit.
Non-Refundable Rates – Payment is required in full at time of booking. If you change or cancel your reservation, you will not get a refund or credit to use for a future stay.
Long Term Rate – The deposit is fully refundable up to 30-days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 30-days will forfeit the first month's deposit.
Online Travel Agents – Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.
Can I make changes to my reservation?
Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
What are hours for quiet time?
It is important to us that you and other guests enjoy your stay and are not kept awake unnecessarily. Quiet time is between 11:00 pm – 8:00 am.

Early check-ins and late check-outs can be requested however; we can’t guarantee this for you. We will note your request and do our best to accommodate. Please note that late checkout fees apply.
Can I check-in early and check-out late?
Early Check-In: Check-ins prior to 4:00 PM PST cannot be guaranteed. Guests are welcome to contact our team on the day of arrival to request early access. If your suite is ready, we’ll be happy to accommodate. Please note that early check-in fees apply.
Late Check-Out: All late check-out requests must be approved in advance of your departure date. Late check-out fees apply.
Can I request cribs or an extra bed for children?
Yes, we offer rentals for cribs and cots if you are traveling with children under the age of 17 and require an extra sleeping space in your room. These will need to be pre-booked to ensure they are in your suite prior to check-in. The fee for these items is $15.00 (plus tax) per night.
What is the pet policy?
Harrison Beach Hotel offers a few Junior Suites as our pet friendly rooms. Pet-friendly rooms must be upon booking. Please see our Pet Friendly Information Page for policies on pet friendly rooms.
How can I get the best rate?
Booking directly on our website or through our front desk typically offers the most flexible options, best availability, and exclusive promotions.
What are the parking options?
Parking is available either in the back parking lot directly behind the Hotel or in our underground parking facility. To park in the back lot there is a fee of $15.00 per night plus applicable taxes. Underground parking is available for a fee of $20.00 per night plus applicable taxes.
The Village of Harrison Hot Springs also has street parking available. Pay Parking is in effect: May 15 - September 15.
Is the hotel close to the hot springs?
The public hot springs pool is just a short walk from the hotel. The private hot springs pools at the Harrison Hot Springs Resort across the street for their registered guests and spa customers.
What is the smoking policy?
Harrison Beach Hotel is smoke free environment, this includes all interiors, patios and balconies on the hotel property. Please note, Harrison Hot Springs bylaws state that smoke from any tobacco, cannabis, electronic cigarette, cigar, or smoke from any substance that replicates a smoking experience is not permitted in any building, structure, park or public space.
What are additional guest fees?
All pricing for suites is based on double occupancy. If you have more than 2 people in your suite there will be an additional charge of $25.00 (plus tax) per person per night. Children 17 years and younger are free with adult and existing bedding.
Is there free Wi-Fi at the Hotel?
Yes! All of our accommodations have complementary wireless internet access.
What is the Environmental Fee?
The Environmental Fees True Key Hotels & Resorts collects from our rental guests contribute to the sustainability and preservation of the natural environment surrounding our resorts. These fees help offset the costs of various eco-friendly initiatives and regulatory expenses, including but not limited to recycling programs, bulk bath amenities, provincial carbon taxes, environmentally safe chemicals, high-efficiency laundry equipment, electric golf carts, collection of returnable beverage containers, printed guest orientation materials, energy-efficient office equipment and appliances, employee training, energy consumption monitoring, and other environmental conservation efforts.
