We are proud to offer complete Wi Fi Internet access to all our valued guests. Please note that our complimentary access speed is set at 6 Mbps and is intended for basic browsing and email access only.

Important: If you require remote office connections OR would like to stream content such as YouTube or Netflix please let us know at reception and we will happily upgrade your service level to the “Corporate and Entertainment Package”. These packages will ensure Wi-Fi speeds better suited to your needs. This is at an additional fee of $4.95 per day (plus tax).

1. To connect to the Wi Fi network, open your device’s wireless connection utility.
2. Look for and Select “Harrison Beach Hotel” in the list of available wireless networks and choose connect to the wireless network.
3. Next, open your web browser; Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari or other browser.Tip: The first web page you will see should be the welcome web page requiring you to enter a voucher “pass code” provided to you at check in. If you do not have a “pass code” please contact front desk to obtain one. If you do not see this page please try to go to another web page you do not typically visit as your browser may be caching its start or opening page. Try www.truekey.ca as an example. Please keep your voucher handy in some instances you may be requested to enter it again at some point in the future. This may occur if you visit other locations within the village that have complimentary wireless and you log on to their service.
4. Enter the code into the box provided on the Harrison Beach Hotel portal web page. Click the Enter button.

If your pass code says “expired” or “not found” please contact front desk to the confirm code, renew it or get a new one.

Parking at the Hotel is available either in the back parking lot directly behind the Hotel or in our underground parking facility. To park in the back lot there is a fee of $15.00 per night plus applicable taxes, this now done through PAY BY PHONE Parking app. The location code is giving to you in your welcome package. Please ensure that you have registered this with the front desk to avoid being towed. Underground parking is available for a fee of $20.00 per night plus applicable taxes and can be arranged through our front desk, upon arrival.

Our Front Desk Operates 24 hours a day and can be reached by dialing “0” on your in room telephone.

It is important to us that you and other guests enjoy your stay and are not kept awake unnecessarily. Quiet time is between 11:00 pm – 8:00 am. Please notify the Front Desk if you are being disturbed so we can address the problem quickly and effectively at the time

We are a Pet Friendly and Smoke Free Hotel. If you have your pet with you please make sure you have requested a pet friendly suite. The cost per night for your pet to stay with us is $50.00 plus applicable taxes. Smoking is permitted outside and on balconies. • Hot Tub and Swimming Pool are open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Towels are available at the front desk. No reservations are required.
