We appreciate any review about our Hotel and staff but this one was too good not to share! Thank you so much Cathy, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay and hope that you visit again soon.

“To Michael Anderson & True Key Hotels and Resort Owners/Managers,

I just wanted to forward an email of thanks for the services at the Harrison Beach Hotel at Harrison Lake, BC.

My husband and the company he works with are staying at your hotel while they are working on a construction project down the road. I have a private PR business and am able to do my work anywhere so I came up to stay with my husband while he works.

Your staff have been exceptionally friendly, helpful and courteous. Arriving on Monday, I thought I would need to wait for hours to access the room and I had work to do and also had our dog with us. When we arrived, we thought we would leave my cell number with the front desk to call me when the room was ready….to our surprise and my delight, they had gone above and beyond to accommodate us. In particular, Nicole Foisy, the Guest Services Supervisor, was very helpful.

I had some challenges getting onto the wifi and your staff immediately found a solution for me. This was key as all my work requires wifi access, including set up for my online meetings.

The cleaning staff were also very helpful and polite and I enjoyed meeting the cleaning staff Manager, Kaitlyn, and hearing about their enjoyment of living and working in Harrison Lake. Rodney Harris also and the rest of the staff were all wonderful and I apologize for not acknowledging all by name.

The room itself was beautiful and perfectly set up. I was able to move the desk to enjoy the view of the lake while I worked and it was indeed a getaway for me. We also were thrilled to know we could bring our little dog and enjoy the pet friendly services (including dog treats from the front desk!). It made everything so easy, which isn’t always the case when you travel and work.

So thank you for creating and managing such a lovely resort. I hope you will pass on our thanks to your staff as well. We will be coming out for next week also but this email didn’t need to wait.
