Harrison Yoga Retreat Itinerary
Day 1 – April 23:
- 4:00pm: Arrive at Hotel (Early check-in will be considered if your room is available)
- 5:30pm: Dinner at Morgan’s Bistro (located on the main floor of the Hotel) – Set Menu
- 7:00pm-8:30pm: Gentle Hatha/Yin Inspired Class session in the Chehalis room
Day 2 – April 24:
- 7:00am-8:00am: Hatha Class in the Chehalis room
- 8:15am: Breakfast at Morgan’s Bistro – Set Menu
- 9:45am: Massage appointments begin in room 401. If your appointment is booked for the afternoon session, you have free time to go to the Hot Springs at this time.
- 12:30pm: Lunch at Morgan’s Bistro – Set Menu
- 2:00pm-3:00pm: Flow Class in Chehalis room
- 3:15pm: Massage appointments begin. If your appointment is booked for the morning session, you have free time to go to the Hot Springs at this time.
- 6:15pm: Dinner at Morgan’s Bistro – Set Menu
- 8:00pm-8:30pm: Nidra Yoga Session in the Chehalis room
Day 3 – April 25:
- Free time to do whatever you choose until checkout time (12:00 PM)
*Meals include coffee or tea for breakfast and lunch, a glass of wine at dinner. Taxes and gratuity included.
*All classes offered will be suitable to all levels of yoga practitioners.
*Massage times will be booked upon check-in.
*Hot Springs Pass is good for one entry and can be used at any time during your stay or on the day of check-out. Public Pools are open Monday to Thursday from 10am-8pm.
